Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ConductorIQ (the "Service"), operated by ConductorIQ, Inc ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ConductorIQ is a property management platform that helps homeowners and property managers track properties, assets, maintenance, insurance, vehicles, documents, and related activities. The Service is available via web application and mobile applications.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers with different feature sets.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6. Your Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service.
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
  • We encrypt sensitive data using AES-256 encryption and enforce row-level security for data isolation.

7. Multi-Tenant Organizations

The Service supports multi-tenant organizations. Organization owners and administrators can invite members and assign roles. By joining an organization, you agree that the organization owner may manage access to shared data within that organization.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by ConductorIQ, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

9. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the Service.
  • The Service does not constitute legal, financial, or insurance advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConductorIQ, Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
